I’m new to Pilates. Can I still take classes?

Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels. Our instructors will guide you with clear instruction and modifications to help you feel confident and supported from day one.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Please bring grip socks (required for safety and hygiene), water, wear comfortable form-fitting workout clothes, and a great attitude! We provide everything else!

Do you offer beginner-friendly classes?

Yes! While many of our classes are multi-level, we offer foundations-style classes for beginners and those who want a slower-paced intro to reformer Pilates.

How do I book a class?

Classes can be booked directly through our website. Make sure your account has a valid credit card on file and any outstanding balances are cleared before booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 12-hour cancellation window. Cancellations after that time or no-shows will incur a late fee. This ensures fairness and availability for all clients.

What happens if I’m running late?

Doors lock 10 minutes after the start of class for safety and to preserve class flow. Late arrivals may not be admitted. Arriving on time ensures you get a proper warm-up and don’t disrupt the experience for others.

Are your packages and memberships refundable?

All sales are final and non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your schedule before booking or purchasing a package.

What if I left belongings at the studio?

Bloom Pilates does not have a lost and found and is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure you have everything with you before you leave!

How many people are in each class?

Our reformer classes are intimate with 7 spots per class, allowing for personalized attention from your instructor.

Can I take just a single class?

Yes, you can! We offer single class drop-ins for those who want to try it out or aren’t ready to commit to a package or membership. It’s a great way to experience the Bloom vibe and see if it’s the right fit for you.

What does “semi-private” mean, and why is it a good thing?

At Bloom, “semi-private” means our classes are intentionally small — we limit spots to just 7 clients per class. This allows for a more personalized experience, where instructors can truly focus on your form, progress, and individual needs. You get the energy of a group class with the attention of a private session — it’s the best of both worlds. This setup ensures safer movement, better results, and a more connected community.
